The hotel features 20 villas, each with 2 rooms. They are on the slopes of the Manuel Antonio mountains overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The villas are scattered throughout a lush tropical vegetation that attracts numerous exotic birds and small wild animals.
Each room offers: 1 Queen Size Bed or 2 twin beds; individually controlled air aconditioning; private bathroom with hot water and shower; private terrace with forest view. We also offer a two-level swimming pool; a full service restaurant; bar; parking lot.
The Hotel's restaurant features an international menu with an emphasis on northern Italian cuisine. The bar offers exotic fruits drinks and traditional beverages.

Located in one of the most quite places of the area and with easy access. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, Villa Teca hotel is located in the most remote and pristine area of Manuel Antonio, yet within minutes from the Manuel Antonio National Park, the small sportfishing town of Quepos, and the local airport. We offer to our clients a beach option, a 20 minutes walk to secluded cove with a volcanic origin sand, where exotic jungle and marine birds occasionally howler monkey will be the only other living creature sharing the beauty of the place.
Getting here
By Rental Car
To get to Manuel Antonio National Park from San Jose Airport, take the road 1 heading Puntarenas, 10 minutes after there is a crossroad named Manolos, and then drive straight passing throug Atenas town, Orotina, Jaco Beach and finally Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The ride takes about 3.5 hours. Many car rentals offer free drop off in Manuel Antonio when you rent a car for a minimum of 3 days. Car Rentals is always a nice way to travel through out the country. By Bus
Take the direct express service from Coca-Cola. The "direct" buses are generally clean, comfortable, and on-time. Fares are about $6 per person.
Bus Schedule: 07:20 am, 10:20am, 2:20pm and 4:20pm.
Approximately driving time 4 hours.
By Plane
Jump on a 30-minute flight, offered by Nature Air to the Quepos Airport. Domestic flights are an easy way to get to Manuel Antonio. Nature Air offers 3 daily departures from San Jose Pavas Airport (Tobias Bolaños Airport) aprox. prices per person USD $83.00 but you can get special deals depending on your dates:
- Departures from San Jose to Quepos Airstrip at 09:00, 2:00pm and 4:20pm
- Departures from Quepos Airstrip to San Jose at 07:40am, 10:45am, 2:35pm and 5:00pm
When catching the domestic flight to get to Manuel Antonio, at the Quepos Airstrip there is a very convenient Airport Shuttle Service for only $6.00 per person. If you prefer a private transportation we can arrange it and prices are: 1-4 people USD $25.00, from 5-7 people $30.00, additional person $5, maximum 20 people.
